外贸行政助理

工作地点:广州

岗位职责:

1、协助销售经理制定销售目标及计划，制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析，跟踪销售目标完成情况并调整适时调整销售计划；

2、与各部门做好各项衔接工作，保证销售工作的顺利开展；
3、协助外贸经理处理日常的商务邮件往来

4、建立客户管理档案和合同管理档案，给客户报价制作合同；
5、协助销售经理对应收账款的催讨；

6、负责与上海总部的协调工作；

7、负责管理办公室日常行政事务，缴纳社保公积金。

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业优先；

2、一年以上工作经验，基本了解进出口业务流程和外贸进出口业务环节；

3、具备良好的英语读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件； .

4、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强；

5、具备一定的行政管理知识。
