Duties and responsibilities主要职责：

1.Complete assigned development projects, creating and editing CNC programs for modeling and aluminum machining processes.

编制CNC程序和加工工艺，完成产品加工；

2.Debug CNC programs, eliminating errors, organize and document CNC project information.
调式CNC加工程序，效验并记录相关信息；

3.Setup CNC machinery as well as run NC program for modeling or tooling while critiquing program operation and improving performance.

设置CNC运行程序，根据机床使用过程中的故障，调整程序提高机床的运行效率；

4.Assist in maintaining cutter library with parameters relating to specific cutters and materials.

协助维护特殊刀具及材料的参数。

Requirements 岗位要求

1.machinery or electromechanical specialist, or similar qualifications;

机械制造或机电一体化专业专科、或类似学历；

2.Minimum 2 years tool-room CNC experience.

至少2年CNC编制或模具制造从业经验；

3.Be familiar with AutoCAD drawings, will use UG or Catia preferred mold manufacturing software.

熟悉AutoCAD制图, 会使用UG 或Catia模具制造软件尤佳；

4. Good communication in spoken and written English.

具有良好的中英文读写能力;

5.Be familiar with computer office software.

熟悉使用计算机办公软件。

Primary function:


Reporting to Tool room Manager, your primary function is to create and proof all Computer Numeric Control (CNC) programs for modeling or machining operations and to set-up and operate CNC machine.


Duties and responsibilities:


1. Complete assigned development projects, creating and editing CNC programs for modeling and aluminum machining processes.
2. Debug CNC programs, eliminating errors, organize and document CNC project information.
3. Setup CNC machinery as well as run NC program for modeling or tooling while critiquing program operation and improving performance.
4. Inspect tooling and document inspection results.
5. Assist in maintaining cutter library with parameters relating to specific cutters and materials.
6. Assist in problem solving and trouble-shooting post processor performance, NC programs, machine operation and repair, notifying Manager of machine problems or concerns.



Requirements
l Minimum 2 years tool-room CNC experience.
l Proficient at 2-D & 3-D programming.
l Knowledge of operating systems, miscellaneous and preparatory functions, 3-D CAD, file editing, surfacing, solids, post processors.
l Ability to read blueprints.
l Good communication in spoken and written English.
