Our Shanghai office has the position available for Senior Network & Systems Engineer with good communication skills, vision of Information Technology and experienced in consulting, designing and implementing projects for small-medium IT environments.

We'd like to select people with an enthusiastic interest in IT, a strong willingness to learn and the desire to provide great customer services. Furthermore, they must have good English skills (Speaking, listening, reading and writing), be logical thinkers and good at problem solving.

Responsibilities
To help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Provide presales support for Account Managers, present solutions, and deliver successful outcomes on project opportunities;
? Deliver high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements;
? Identify potential IT opportunities back to internal team(s);
? Project design, planning, and implementation;
? Provide escalated support (routing, switching, UC, network security) onsite and remotely;
? Diagnose, resolve, escalate, follow-up and complete client IT issues. Liaise with Services Australia when required;
? Working on projects with AVTech Australia and AVTech China;
? Communicate with third parties (e.g. Internet Service Providers and Hardware/Software Vendors);
? Understand and comply internal service desk systems, policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure continuous improvement in professional services;
? Travel locally, domestically and internationally.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes
To help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:
? Skills & Experiences
o Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, designing, planning and implementing network security, routing, switching, and unified communication in a large network environment;
o Ideal technical experience:
o Cisco routing, switching;
o Cisco Unified Communication;
o Wireless Network: Cisco, Motorola;
o IDS/IPS : Tipping Point, McAfee, Cisco;
o Security Appliance : Cisco ASA, Cisco Ironport, BlueCoat, McAfee, F5, Checkpoint, Juniper;
o Good knowledge of Enterprise Systems (Windows Active Directory, Mail systems, Backup etc.) is an advantage.
o Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (speaking, listening, reading and writing);
o High degree of creativity and judgment to identify and solve complex problems;
o Good presentation skills and ability to provide pre- sales and post sales services and support;
o Good written and project documentation skills;
o Good time management skills;
o Technical leadership experience is an advantage.

? Qualifications
o Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
o Cisco certification CCIE and CCVP;
o Other major industry certifications in Network, Security and Unified Communication would be an advantage.

o Be able to work with all departments of AVTech including Sales, Solutions and Finance;
