职位描述
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Answer incoming telephone enquiries and take messages, and be the customer service hot-line exchange telephone, and make proper transfer and professional feedback to the customer immediately
2.Receive visitors and make proper arrangements,
3.Provide general service to all employees and customers on drinking water, stationary, accommodation, ticketing, pick-up & drop-off, mailing, furniture etc.
4.Assist the preparation for the company event & activity like annual dinner, outing, and so on under line manager's instruction
5.Assist to maintain conference room and other office are tidy and security, and manage the conference room in a proper utilization and maintenance, and keep the daily maintenance of the office equipment and facilities
6.Office warehouse management
7.Prepare and submit all admin expenses reimbursement as requested monthly, and make monthly Admin Cost Report
8.Screen, coordinate and manage all administrative vendors and suppliers, vendors' contract renewal & negotiation;
9.Visa application jobs for overseas action
10.Assist to other HR & Admin issues when necessary
11.Management reserves the right to assign or re-define duties and instruct the post holder to carry out any other duty commensurate with this post
