Major Responsibilities
-Manage customer requests/orders including consignment, TDI orders etc.
-Perform sales order to ensure OTIF (on time in full) delivery both in SAP environments and physical logistic arrangements.
-Ensure SO/PO are channelled to appropriate sources accurately and efficiently,
Proactive coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth order fulfilment, including system order processing, customer credit control, AR follow up, logistics arrangement, shipment cost verification etc.
-Manage/handle customer inquiries and complains, including investigation results, root cause identification, corrective & improvement actions.
-Have the order ownership and work proactively with customer & MU on material requirements
-Follow up the working procedures and make sure all operations meet legal, KPI, ISO and ICS requirements.
-Try to initiate operational process optimization and work on continuous improvement for high efficiency.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Communication, related field.
-A minimum of 3 years customer service/sales related experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively during business-to-business transactions and with MU and other RSC functions. Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
-Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.
-A good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills.
-Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Process Improvement mindset with the capability to drive enhancements throughout the team.
-Computer skills specifically in SAP and Microsoft Office and literacy with the Internet.
