职位描述
Responsibility:
Execution of Standards
Cascade execution standards and run regular workshops. Lead segmentation of all POCs. Consolidate the Look of the Leader POC list from M3s.
Track execution.
Make sure M2 finish data input in the system.
POCM Management
Do/Coordinate tailor made POCM.
Execute the bidding process.
Track POCM delivery.
Consolidate feedbacks from Sales Team and Market.
Track the adherence to POCM Menu.
Manage the plan, order and inventory of POCM.
Review allocation and results of Coolers and Draught Equipments.
Budget control of POCM.
Events Management
Planning events for the yearly budget and adjust planning.
Negotiate major events and coordinate execution of smaller scale events.
Guarantee the execution standards are followed in the events.
Track and report execution and results.
-SPR
Coordinate the collection of routine information.
Manage SPR allocation.
Control the Head Count plan and expenses and fine-tune.
Define and Track SPR KPI’s value.
Review monthly salary of the whole SPR and SPR assistant team.
-Super Premium Management
Co-develop commercial plans.
Co-negotiate with key WSs and POCs.
Plan POC list validation and consolidate.
Coordinate execution.
Control quality of regular and ad-hoc reports.
-Trade Program
Train the Sales Team in the Concepts, requirements, counterparts, investments allocation.
Plan POC list validation and consolidate.
Coordinate execution, consolidate and coach action plans.
Coordinate audit team and internal audit process.
Control quality of reports.
-Sales Package Control
Support SD in allocation of sales package lines.
-Consumer Promotion
Plan Consumer Promo for the yearly budget.
Coordinate execution and do the agency briefing.
Coordinate the POC target list.
Do the consumer promo training of PTLs
Track execution and results.
Qualifications
-Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc, Bachelor’s degree is preferable
-Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment- At least 8 years sales&marketing working experience, with at least 5 years trade marketing record, FMCG industry is favorable
-General knowledge of business performance practices
-Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint
-Good communication skill and coaching skill
-Good English skill
-Good learning ability
-Excellent presentation skill
-White Belt certified is a must
