Job Accountabilities:


- Work with team members, manage daily operation from order receiving, track & trace, till POD signed.
- Interface with customer, to ensure the quality service & performance delivered.
- Manage the service providers and partnership in China domestic transportation with regard to road, air, rail or water transportation.
- Organize and conduct regular KPI reviews for service providers on monthly basis, and evaluate the performance result together with vendor management team.
- Implement & execute new operations
- Assist to manage the operation team interpersonally.


Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
- 3-5 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related
- Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market.
- Team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill
- Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Fluent in Chinese and English
