General Purpose：
Working at Technology Center and exhibition onsite, this visible and critical position is responsible for Technology Center visiting client service and sales supporting, exhibition supporting and demo customer database maintain. Reporting directly to Marketing Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities：

1.Assist of the Technology Center daily operation and job schedule;
协助技术中心的日常运作和工作进度

2.Present company history, image and technology advantage to visitors;
向参观者展示公司历史,影像和技术优势

3.Execute Demo cutting applications, find proper & efficient method to improve the result, feedback with detailed solution report to sales;
执行演示切割应用，找到适当和有效的方法来改善结果，反馈详细的解决方案报告给销售人员

4.Establish good relationship with visitors and acquire information facilitated for sales;
与参观者建立良好的合作关系，并获得有利的信息给销售人员

5.Support on the exhibition participation, exhibiting machine installation and adjustment to ensure the perfect performance. Introduce machine technology to visitors and provide technology assistance to sales;
支持参展，参展机的安装和调整，以确保展机完美的表现。向参观者介绍设备的技术以及向销售提供技术支持.

6.Tracing call to sales or customer for the demo result and improving the solution;
电话跟进销售或客户演示的结果以及完善解决方案

7.Establish and maintain Demo documents of database;
建立和维护数据库的演示文件

8.Continuous self-learning of technology development;
不断的自学技术的发展

9.Support the process status of Technology Center (timing, costs and goal achievement);
支持技术中心（时间，成本和目标的实现）的整个过程

10.Willing to travel, as required.
在必要的情况下适应出差。

11.Technology background of machine tool industry, better in Waterjet, laser or plasma.
机床工具行业，在高压水射流，激光或等离子等相关的技术背景

12.Familiar with the Machine operating, maintaining and technology;

Equipment Used：Waterjet machine, PC, camera, projector, gradienter, telephone, fax and other standard
office equipment.

Supervisory Responsibility：Assist on technology center team

Interface：Substantial contact with visitors, new and existing customers, Flow sales and other internal
associates.

Education and／or Training：

21.University degree in Engineering

22.At least 2 — 4 years’ experience of waterjet or sheet metal machine operating and application, ability to design and develop related solutions, procedure and products.
