Job Description:*
1. Memory Design Engineer
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analog block design in memory products.
- Responsible for the developments of specified flash memory products or embedded flash IPs.

Key Competency Requirements:
- Knowledge of non-volatile memory, analog designs a definite advantage
- Knowledge of noise analysis, low power/leakage, high-speed memory design a definite advantage.
- Tools used may include HSPIC E/HSIM, Verilog, C adence Design Entry, Synopsis synthesis tools, IC layout tools,
or other equivalent tools.

Education Required:
-MSEE or Ph.D.EE required

Experience Required:
- More than 2 years analog experience.
- Strong Process/Technology related expereince are preferred
- Strong Testing related expereince are preferred
- Some Package/Assembly design related expereince are preferred
- Some Digitial/Layout design related expereince are preferred
