主要工作任务：保证从第一次试模前4周直到产品质量获得客户认可期间的模具和注塑工艺的调试。

主要工作职责：

1. 参与注塑模具方案认可和注塑系统定义；

2. 能够提供技术建议来提高项目目标：质量，成本，开发周期，提供的建议必须是能带来额外收益的创新建议；

3. 在项目周期里，是与模具供应商协调沟通的主要技术接口人；

4. 负责试模工作，并依照安全原则，参与试模并且在试模预备会上通过管理所需要的行动来保证达到规定的试模目标；

5. 在试模和调试环节参与总结会，与核心团队一起分析和总结所有的结果，制定行动计划的期限，并且将相关信息传递给模具供应商；

6. 负责模具向工厂转移阶段工作（模具，与工厂规范有关的稳定的注塑工艺）

7. 参与客户初始样件认可（PPAP/PVS…)；

8. 依据部门质量体系和optimap程序，更新部门数据库信息（IPV/材料/收缩）；

9. 遵循质量体系程序，有效使用POAE等工作工具。

任职资格：

1.模具设计和制造等相关专业本科以上学历，从事大型塑料件模具（保险杠、门护板、仪表板）和注塑工艺调试工作八年以上的，其中汽车行业的相关工作经验5年以上；

2.精通大型注塑模具知识，能够对大型复杂注塑模具方案进行评审和认可；精通注塑工艺，能够负责大型复杂模具的注塑工艺的调试；

3.能熟练使用CATIA/UG等设计软件对模具设计数据进行分析；熟练使用日常办公软件；

4.高度的工作责任感和良好的职业道德以及承受工作压力的能力；

5.能够使用英语进行技术交流。
