Key Responsibilities

- Formulate tax planning and strategies for all BCD entities and be responsible for compliance with tax laws and regulations for all BCD entities.

- Actively identify opportunities for reducing global tax expenses while assuring legal compliance and integrity and be responsible for actions to achieve the reduction targets.

- Actively identify opportunities for government tax refunds and other subsidies and lead the actions for obtaining such refunds and subsidies.

- Responsible for filing all tax returns of the company's subsidiaries and serving as primary interface for all tax matters with government authorities as well as auditors.

- Works with finance employees to forecast taxes expenses for financial planning & analysis purposes and compare actual to forecasted quarterly/annual effective tax rates.

- Prepares periodic tax work papers, schedules and reports (e.g., FIN 48 documents ,SFAS 109 disclosure etc.).

-Help to complete PRC GAAP reporting.

- Communicate with external tax consultants

Qualifications/Requirements

-undergraduate degree and significant academic focus on taxation, accounting or finance.

- At least 6 years of experience working full-time as tax professional in MNC, and strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations

- Ability to evaluate complex proposals and anticipate, identifyand resolve tax-related risks and opportunities

- Good project management skills

- CPA certificate is preferred

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Familiar with ERP, SAP is plus
