岗位职责

1、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
2、负责各类文件的分类呈送领导阅批并转有关部门处理；
3、协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议；
4、做好总经理会议记录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布；
5、做好企业内外文件的发放、登记、传递、立卷、归档工作；
6、负责企业内外的公文办理，解决来信、来访事宜，及时处理、汇报；
7、负责领导安排其他工作；

任职资格

1、文秘、行政管理等相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；

3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；

4、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
5、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；

6、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
7、形象好，气质佳，女性。
