【1】根据销售部的《开票通知单》，审核产品价格，开具增值税发票；Review product price, draw VAT invoice according to Invoiced Orders by sales
【2】在K3-ERP系统中录入、核对增值税发票和收款业务单据，生成会计凭证；Input VAT invoice and billing documents to K3-ERP system to generate accounting credence and verify
【3】核算应收账款科目；Check AR subjects
【4】编制《应收账款账龄分析表》；Work out "AR aging analysis"
【5】根据公司《赊销政策》和上述《应收账款账龄分析表》，审核停发货客户的可能《销售订单》情况；Verify possible "sales order" status of customers that stopped ordering based on "credit policy" and "AR aging analysis"

【6】编制《应收账款对账单》和《应收账款对账计划》，督促销售部与客户的对账情况；Work out "AR statement" and "AR reconciliation plan", supervise reconciliation between sales and customer
【7】抽查并与客户核对《应收账款账目》；Conduct random inspection and check with customer the "AR data"
【8】定期编制《应收账款和其他应收款的坏账准备计算表》；Work out "AR and other AR bad debts calculation table"
【9】监控产成品存货，审核《产成品存货库龄分析表》；Monitor finished goods stock, check "finished goods stock aging analysis"
【10】保管进、出口业务的有关文件；Keep import/export related documents
【11】从事出口免、抵、退的具体业务；Handle import/Export tax exemption, tax credit, tax reimbursement operations
【12】从事固定资产核算工作；Take on fixed assets accounting work
【13】从事质量成本核算工作；Take on quality costs accounting work
【14】从事财务分析台账的数据录入工作，编制有关的净运营资金方面的《财务分析表》；Input data in accountant book, work out monetary "finance analysis" for daily operation
【15】完成领导交办的其他有关任务。Perform other assigned duties

Position Qualifications:
【1】有良好的汉语交流能力；Good Chinese communication ability
【2】具有大专学历；Acquired an associate degree
【3】具备会计上岗证；Acquired accounting appointment certificate
【4】具有出纳工作经历；Experience as a cashier before
【5】具有应收账款的核算经历；Experience in AR accounting
【6】具有出口免、抵、退业务的工作经历；Experience in import/Export tax exemption, tax credit, tax reimbursement operations
【7】有英文基础；Basic knowledge of English
【8】有责任心。Responsibility is required
