职位描述 / Position Description

作为生产计划与整车物流经理，负责生产计划，装配线控制及整车物流的日常管理和业务的开展。

As Production Scheduling and Vehicle Logistics Manager, take charge of routine management and business development of Production scheduling, Assembly line control and Vehicle logistics.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

管理以下所有职能并构建生产计划部门。

Manage all activities of below operation functions and organize Production scheduling Gr.

· 接收销售订单并检核产能

Receive Sales order and check production capacity

· 按需协同所有销售方召开销售订单调整会议

Hold Sales order adjustment meeting with all Sales parties if required

· 考虑不同条件及环境，制作生产计划

Considering conditions and circumstance, develop production schedule

· 在管理层批准之后，向所有相关方发布生产计划

Get approval from management, and release production schedule to all related departments

• 控制生产计划与工厂运行，维护VIN数据库

Control production schedule and plant operation, maintenance of VIN database

• 基于生产计划，向制造部发出指令，并控制各装配线

Based on production schedule, release order to manufacturing, and control each assembly line

• 收集生产结果，并向物流部总监汇报

Collect production results and report to MP&L Directors

• 推动整车发运

Expedite vehicle shipping

• 控制并推动将整车从工厂交至经销商的工作

Control and expedite Build vehicle from plant to dealers

• 预算控制

Budget control

• 向物流部总监汇报年度预算计划以及定期付款概要

Report to MP&L Director on annual budget plan and periodical payment summary

• 负责在本部门内推行并维持环境管理体系

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Environment Management System in the area

• 其他Others

执行由物流部总监安排的任务

Any other tasks to be ordered by MP&L Director.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

• 大学学历University graduate
• 英文程度：能熟练运用英语进行业务沟通 ，通过大学英语四级

English language:　Fluent in terms of business communication，CET-4 is must

• 具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识

Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge (E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)

• 在汽车或电器行业具备五年以上相关工作经验，如(销售订单、产量计划、生产计划、装配线控制)

More than five years experience in Auto or electrical appliance at any area such as (Sales ordering, Capacity planning, Production scheduling, Assembly line control)

• 有人员管理工作经验
