5、优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率。
6、员工招退工手续办理

7、员工异动（晋升、转岗等）处理

8、人事政策的监督执行

10、车间员工绩效考核

11、工厂工伤认定程序的申请

12、 人事月度报告

聘用资格：
1、大专或本科学历；
2、3年以上大型工厂人事工作经验；
3. 协调能力，沟通能力较强，能够承受一定压力；
4、有一线员工招聘经验，与劳务公司有长期良好合作关系者，优先考虑。
