Z-Ben Advisors
Z-Ben Advisors is a Shanghai-based research and strategic consulting firm, focusing on China's investment management industry. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Associate, Research.
Research Associate will work closely with senior analysts to develop a variety of deliverables for clients, as well as support normal research activities. Prior knowledge of and experience in the industry is a plus, but not a requirement for the position. As a member of the research team, the associate will be given the opportunity to work on various production and advisory projects.

Job Description – Associate, Research
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
I. Research and analyze important industry, capital market and regulatory trends
II. Create and implement Z-Ben Advisors' research methodologies
III. Work creatively and independently to develop high-quality deliverables under the guidance of senior analysts
IV. Make and adjust the schedule table for General Manager accordingly, follow the schedule and remind the GM when necessary, booking flight and hotel for GM according to the meeting requirement
V. Develop analytical modules of projects and support project management and quality control efforts
I. BA/BS with outstanding academic credentials
II. Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
III. Background or a strong interest in investment management, finance, or economics
IV. Working towards CFA / other industry accreditation is a plus
V. Strong writing and communication skills
VI. Any other assignments as directed by company
