Responsibilities /工作职责:

- Responsible for manufacturing process / 负责生产过程

- Lead the manufacturing department personnel / 领导生产部门人员

- Develop manufacturing process /techniques / 开发生产流程/技术

- Set up new production lines / 建立新生产线

- Develop the whole business unit as a member of a team / 团队整合

- Responsible for product quality / 负责产品质量

- Be familiar with industry standards / 熟悉工业标准

- Responsible for co-operation between departments / 负责各部门之间的合作

-Supervise the job of machine maintenance engineers/ 负责设备维修工的工作安排

We expect positive thinking and self-driven attitude. Ability to develop and lead production department with modern techniques are the key elements.

Other requirements / 其他要求:

- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering / 工程背景本科学历或以上

- Excellent English skills (spoken/written) / 出色的英文技能（说/写）

- Minimum 5 years experience in pressing products. Experience in UF products will be preferred. 在热压产品至少5年工作背景.有UF产品工作经验者优先考虑。

- Familiar with workshop processes (pressing, polishing) / 了解工厂各种工艺（热压，抛光）

- Problem solving capabilities / 有解决问题的能力

- Good knowledge of ISO9001 quality system / 了解ISO9001质量体系

- Take initiative / 工作主动

- Teamwork abilities / 有团队合作精神
