职位描述：
1.组织导诊对来院顾客的接待、引导、准确分诊，配合医院的各项活动的现场实施，保障顾客快速接受咨询服务；
2.疏理导诊工作流程和服务细节，突出医院服务品质；
3.督导导诊快速、准确建立顾客服务档案，保障顾客院内服务流程的顺畅实施；
4.负责导诊培训体系规化，进行专业服务礼仪培训，指导下属员工制定阶段工作计划并督促执行；
5.带头遵守、执行医院的规章制度，并督促员工严格遵守，完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.医护专业或酒店管理专业优先，具备五星级酒店大堂经理经验，形象佳，大方得体,有客户服务理念；
2.善于沟通，形象好，气质佳，亲和力强，思维敏捷，勤奋好学，普通话标准,具有良好的职业素养和较强的团队协调能力；
3.具有良好的专业知识，能够为患者提供相关医疗信息；
4.有医学专业知识或有从事服务行业咨询工作经验的人员优先考虑；

Job description:

5.take the lead in compliance with the rules and regulations of the hospital, execution, and supervise the employees to strictly abide by, other work assigned by superior.

Job requirements:
1.health care professional or hotel management preferred, with five Stars Hotel lobby manager experience, the image of good, decent, with the concept of customer service;
2.good communication, good image, good temperament, strong affinity, the thought is agile, studious, mandarin standard, have good occupation accomplishment and strong team coordination;
3.have good professional knowledge, can provide relevant medical information for patients;
4.medical professional knowledge or in the services industry advisory work experience preferred;
