Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

1、Assess customer needs, preferences, and expectations regarding specific products.
2、Advise customer on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout, and color coordination.
3、Ensure that customer is informed of options available for product upgrades.
4、Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of different types and grades of products.
5、Estimate material requirements and costs.
6、Accurately record product selections using established department procedures and practices.
7、Resolve customer problems and issues.
8、May perform other duties as assigned.
