Job Description:
？ Introduce new supplier, new location and new technology within Category Motor system and Component
？ Implementation of a non-failure strategy
？ Responsible to drive QBIC and Supplier Improvement Programs within the Category Motor system and Component
？ Prepare and perform management meeting with suppliers
？ Perform supplier visits, meetings and VDA6.3 audits (including introduction of new suppliers, locations and technologies)
？ Support for escalation topics (e.g. Red Alerts)
？ Evaluate and rank the suppliers in terms of performances within Category Motor system and Component
？ Negotiate quality contracts
Job Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or related
？ Extensive know-how on motor system and motor component (e.g. including customized motor, standard motor, commutator, magnet, magnet wire)
？ Strong knowledge in auditor training, VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS knowledge
？ Full quality skills (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa)
？ Analytical approach, self assured, ability to work under pressure, ability to convince others, result orientation, decision making ability, willingness to take responsibility, team spirit, negotiation skills, high willingness to travel worldwide
？ Good command of both oral and written English
