Summary:
(1) Job Purpose: 协助总经理完成公司行政事务性工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
(2) Goals and Objectives: 文件处理、档案保管及时率；办公用品供应的及时率；车辆调度的合理性；来电转机接听率；
1. 负责公司的日常行政工作和日常事务的组织与管理，协助审核、修订行政管理规章制度，保证公司整体工作的顺畅有序；
2. 负责公司办公用品的管理，包括公司办公用品采购、发放、使用登记、保管、维护管理工作。
3. 提供办公服务的日常运作，包括邮件分发、清洁、绿化、就餐、前台和通讯系统等；
4. 协调内外会议的顺利开展，包括安排会议时间，为出席者提供旅行计划，提供会议设施如设备、事务和饮料等；
5. 接待来访者，确定来访目的，许可检查及发放访客证，维护访客日志；
6. 负责公司的车辆管理和司机的管理工作，包括车辆调度、使用、维护保养记录，确保车辆的安全运行；
7. 做好公司历年大事记的原始资料收集和编辑工作，定期或不定期用于编制公司内部发行的刊物。
8. 协调和管理公司的安保政策；
9. 参与配合公司各种活动的组织；
10. 政府关系协调、各种证照的办理、年检；
11. 负责贯彻公司领导指示。做好联络沟通工作，及时向领导反映情况、反馈信息；综合协调各部门的有关工作。
12. 完成领导交代的其它工作任务。
任职资格
1. 行政管理或相关专业大学专科以上学历；
2. 一年以上行政工作经验；
3. 熟练的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力；
4. 有外联与公关能力，具有解决突发事件的能力；
5. 较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；
6. 熟练使用办公室软件，熟悉办公自动化设备。
