Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of Salesforce projects and initiatives
2. Ensure that Salesforce system is fully utilized through identifying enhancements and potential capabilities
3. Understand Salesforce development methods and lead technical projects with the join efforts of internal and external technical resources.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer science
2. Smart and eager to learn
3. Strong oral and written English skills
4. Strong analytical and planning abilities
5. Ability to work in an unsupervised manner with a creative flair for identifying and implementing the right solutions
6. Knowledge and understanding of salesforce.com products or similar is a plus
At least one year development experience ；
Familiar with SQL, JAVA, HTML;
Previous Salesforce development experience preferred
Previous CRM development experience preferred
