职位描述：
1、负责公司电子商务网站运营的形象设计，网页更新及维护工作；
2、负责公司新品图片的上传及更新，设计促销海报；
3、协助部门完成其他相关美术设计方面的工作。

职位要求：
1、熟练淘宝及天猫装修后台操作，熟悉网站制作、设计流程（有大型电子商务网站运作经验者更佳）；
2、具备1年以上工作经验，有良好的美术功底、审美能力，有较强的平面设计和网页设计创意能力；
3、熟练掌握 Photoshop 、Illustrator、Dreamweaver等图形及网页设计软件，精通html、DIV+CSS，能够独立完成页面设计和页面重构，并能兼容主流浏览器。

工作内容:
1、店铺页面板块策划制作;
2、产品的描述策划;
3、根据图片点击转化等数据分析优化。
4、负责淘宝店整体形象设计； 新款上架
5、配合策划推广活动，并参与执行；
6、设计、制作各类促销活动宣传广告页面等

晋升通道：初级美工(1级)―＞高级美工(2级)－＞主设计师(3级)－＞设计部主管(4级)
