Mission:

Responsible of the preparation and the setting-up of trade marketing activities in China for all retail formats under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager

Main tasks:

-Assist to prepare monthly animation proposal (GWP, crazy weekend, offers…), each cycle animation proposal, roadshow proposal, opening offers in link with the yearly trade marketing plan + develop presentation dossiers of each animation for the local partners

- Coordinate with external suppliers for marketing material design and production to ensure ontime deliverables for all openings, animations and marketing activities

-Follow up with purchasing logistic department for gifts, simplex, mini ordering for all animations based on sales forecast

- Develop and source with purchasing department (or external sourcing) gifts with purchase, gift boxes, routine packs, wrapping paper, ribbons, staff uniforms… based on forecast

- Organize and supervise onsite roadshow animations and activities

- Develop and follow-up all local communication design and supports (local press, outdoor medias, department store and shopping mall medias, LED videos,…)

Other tasks:

- Assist for preparing monthly result analysis: top sales and top volumes, marketing activity analysis

- Assist for preparing opening, roadshow and crazy week-end reports with pictures and main results

- Collect competitors marketing activities information and prepare comparison report

Profile
Bachelor degree
Experienced in marketing, retailing industry experience is a must

Easy going, open minded, proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with impeccable quality
Excellent in spoken and written English mandatory
