Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management for the planning, budgeting, scheduling and construction of all projects, from site survey through opening and project close out.



The candidate must have:

- organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects on a daily basis.

- Good communication skill and organization ability to ensure the success of the project while fostering strong client relationships and the building of the firm’s client business

- Effectively lead and manage the project design including deliverables, maintaining timelines and working within budgetary constraints

- understand site conditions, fit-out requirements, local codes, building conditions and product guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

- Project Management with the ability to manage and lead complicated design projects and/or multiple projects efficiently and successfully as well as to work as a team member on project design teams.

- Work with clients to develop project criteria & product solutions.

- Develop and execute design solutions including space planning, design development, CAD drawings, product specifications and product inventory.

- Provide drawing coordination and technical oversight for project activities with clients and staff.

- Coordination of internal and external consultants and team members.

- Scheduling of installers for projects as well as deliveries and repairs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in interior design or architecture with excellent design skills

- 7+ years of experience in the Interior Design Industry

- Strong Autocad skills in drawing accurate plans, sections, details and elevations

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Mandarin and English communication in speaking and writing
