1. 编制并及时更新现场质量文件（包括检验规范等），并监督质量文件的执行情况；
2. 收集SPC数据，统计和分析Cpk, Cmk，对异常状态提出整改意见并具体实施；
3. 收集缺陷零件（一班内出现少于5个），组织相关部门对原因进行分析并采取相应的整改措施；
4. 参与内部过程评审，根据审核结果，编制纠正预防措施，并实施；
5. 严格执行量具、检具管理相关规定，保证量具、检具使用的有效性；
6. 处理生产过程中出现的突发质量问题，制定应急措施，并监督实施效果；
7. 维护SAP中的质量数据，保证信息处于即时更新状态。
