？ 领导或参与对供应商的定点评审及撤点。监控开发进度，保证供应商的综合能力达到公司的要求。
？ 审核采购计划、生产计划，跟踪采购计划的完成情况，保证生产和销售的顺利进行
？ 制定应急方案，对突发的零部件短缺或重大采购件质量问题，会同供应商及相关部门采取措施，加以解决
？ 统筹协调公司生产物流和外部物流，并不断完善和优化公司物流流程，使公司物资的运转更高效和低成本。
？ 参与或主导对供应商（包括零件、原材料、设备、服务、非生产物资等）的商务谈判，审核采购合同或框架协议。
？ 监督和即时更新SAP物流模块的数据,保证信息的及时性和准确性.
