Qualification:
1.College or above with major in Business Administration or relevant
2.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
3.Good Negotiation skills and quick-learner
4.Strong organizational ability allowing the incumbent to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
5.Assertiveness in proactively handling internal customer requests and service needs, cooperate with other department
6.Good interpersonal, and team building skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with staff, departmental representatives, management and suppliers
7.Basic accounting knowledge
8.Minimum two years experience in MRO/ packaging and trim parts purchasing
9.Working knowledge of import and export process.

Functional Job Activities :
Activity 1: Consumable Products Purchasing Order Management
Goal: Ensures consumable products purchasing to meet PO requirement in an economical and timely manner.
1.Provides analytical support for procurement of assigned items.
2.Assists with the development of supply recommendations.
3.Take part in negotiations with suppliers to assure the established quality standards and volumes are met.
4.Order following up including delivery and transportation
5.Payment process coordination
6.Keeps updated on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers.

Activity 2: Supplier Development
Goal: Meets target of trim parts supplier
1.Coordinate and lead Supplier Development activities for designated new suppliers of trim parts materials or subcontracted processes
2.Identify potential sources of supply or subcontracted processes and evaluate value
3.Work together with SQE to ensure Supplier comply with EO quality standards, perform necessary product testing, and obtain approval.
4.Update supplier development program requirements and documentation.
5.Support program launches when new sources of trim parts material or subcontracted processes are involved.
6.Initiate corrective action as required to ensure the program timing is met.
7.Support trim parts localization program to meet customer specification within timing

Activity 3: Supplier related activity and supporting function
Goal: Meets target of projected price level & seeking for low cost source
1.Implement improvement programs with all suppliers to increase value of material
2.Maintain Agreement such as all price, payment , delivery terms with suppliers
3.Visit supplier and understand Industry for low cost source identification
4.Support Operation team day-to-day procurement activity
5.Set up Supplier profile, establish supplier performance evaluation system
6.Yearly LTA to supplier for cost saving
7.Support commercial for program quotation in due course
