任职资格:

教育：中专以上毕业. 大专或相当学历尤佳，机电工程相关专业

经验：必须有2到3年制作皮革裁切刀模经验，有正规企业工作经验

所需技能：焊工证，气割气焊操作证。

能够使用计算机。较强的阅读理解能力：对于标准的文件、程序(包括健康与安全规定)、工具和设备使用说明以及简单的工程图纸能看得懂并能按照指导遵照或使用 。

语言：中文，能读简单英文

工作活动内容:

主要以协助工艺工程师完成刀模准备、验收、维修以及保养相关辅助工作，包括：

1. 刀模的发放与管理

1). 按照计划要求及时将正确的刀模发放到指定的生产区域

2). 生产工单结束后，及时将使用过的刀模正确归位并标示清楚

3). 确保传达正确的刀模取放方式到生产车间并监督执行

2. 刀模工具的维护管理

1). 新刀模的验收规范及标准

2). 刀模管理文件的制定

3). 刀模工具的日常维修与管理

4). 协助工程师进行刀模维修状况的分析以及追踪

3. 裁切工艺相关工作协助

1). 按照计划要求及时将正确的刀模发放到指定的生产区域

2). 生产工单结束后，及时将使用过的刀模正确归位并标示清楚

3). 确保传达正确的刀模取放方式到生产车间并监督执行
