岗位职责：

1、负责劳动合同的签订和管理工作，协助解决工厂劳动争议、纠纷或进行劳动诉讼；

2、负责管理监督工厂的保安、食堂、宿舍等；

3、组织员工入职和在岗培训工作的实施；

4、协助建立公司人力资源信息管理系统，负责员工活动的组织策划，加强公司文化建设；

5、根据公司各岗位工作职责，协助建立以绩效考核为中心的薪资管理制度，并具体负责考核工作；

6、负责企业文化的宣传，建立内部的沟通机制，受理员工投诉，定期与各级员工进行交流，掌握、了解员工动态 建立和谐劳动关系。

7、与当地劳动部门、上级主管部门建立良好关系，能够处理突发的状况；

任职资格：

1、年龄30-40岁，男女不限；

2、熟悉上海市劳动人事政策，熟悉生产制造行业的人事行政工作；

3、三年以上制造型企业人事行政管理工作经验；

4、具备较强的表达能力与组织协调能力，较强的分析能力、应变能力和决策管理能力，具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力。
