Assistant Center Director oversees the operations of the campus on a daily basis, and is responsible for customer satisfaction, profit target achievement, staff management, cost control, and ultimately, the success of the center.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Cultivating the customer-centric service culture and a professional environment in the campus
2. Hiring, training and maintaining centre teams, including sales, service, admin, etc.
3. Providing ongoing feedbacks and quarterly performance review to center staff
4. Representing the company and promoting brand recognition in the community
5. Collaborating with Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure the sales target is achieved monthly
6. Collaborating with Head of Customer Service to achieve high customer satisfaction, retention and referral
7. Collecting quality sales and service data and customer survey
8. Balance achievement of local center quarterly goals with alignment to, and achievement of corporate quarterly goals.

Qualifications:
1. Passionate about education
2. Professional and strong teamwork spirit
3. Strong communication and coordination skills
4. Able to handle pressure
5. Strong managerial skills, leadership, training and execution ability
6. Able to plan and implement
7. Good marketing sense and ability to create and carry out marketing plans
8. Bachelor degree or above
9. 3+ years Sales Management experiences；
10.Good command in English and Chinese

2. 有良好的团队管理，带队能力，培训能力及高效执行力；
3. 具备较强的规划和推进能力，能根据公司的整体战略，制定市场销售规划、策略和行动方案；
4. 有市场开拓意识和市场分析能力；
5. 本科以上学历；
6. 三年以上销售管理工作经验；
7. 有较强的学习能力，具有正确的教育理念，熟悉教学管理、懂英语者优先考虑；
8. 电脑办公软件及网络操作熟练。
9. 仪表端庄、举止得体；口齿清晰、普通话标准。
10.有同业工作经验者优先考虑。
