Responsibility:

1.You will be responsible in executing IPO and M&A deals as an investment banking generalist.
2.Responsible in performing a wide range of corporate finance functions such as developing financial models and financial due diligence, preparing pitch books and presenting proposals to clients.
3.Provide financial advisory to clients, involve in client meetings and road shows, and perform financial analysis on various industries.

Qualifications:

1.At least 5 years experience from Investment banks or private equity firms
2.Solid exposure to M&A / corporate finance
3.Mature skill set in deal execution, financial modeling and valuations.
4.Strong academic record from highly regarded institutions
5.Fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST
