职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote products to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship;
- Make sales strategy and achieve annual acquisition target;
- Coordination between headquarter, manufactory and customers to make business success
- To clarify customer requirements clearly, both technical and commercial
- To lead quotation process with other departments
- To Make pricing strategy with sales manager, global sales team and business unit manager
- Make business plan and support other function for daily work (like project management, market study, logistic and so on);
- Resolve A/R issue
Qualification Requirement:
- Fluent oral and writing English ability is a must.
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanics. Knowledge of vehicle wiper system and thermal system.
- At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry. Minimum 3 years experience in a foreign owned automotive company or automotive supplier with the solid commercial talent.
- Ability to influence or convince other people; strong communication and analysis skills.
- Ability to start work independently in high pressure.
- Frequent business travel is required; customer oriented
- Good PC skills
- German language speaking can be plus.
