Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing a major OEM account in line with company business strategy
2. Ensure resources to support the account team so as to match to client and company management
3. Responsible for managing interface with key customer functions
4. Develop account team to continually improve effectiveness, ensure excellent connections to respective functional excellence areas
5. Responsible for developing and executing approved customer account plans
6. Achieve account business growth/profit/collection targets
7. Manage customer satisfaction improvement activity using dedicated and allocated resources
8. Prepare business plans in line with standards and attend regular review
9. Timely chartering project for customer’s new projects and actively involved in VPI progress
10. Ensure customer future “value package” needs are well documented and input into filtration business and product planning progress with adequate business justification
11. Support of collection, update and analysis of market data to enable business strategy analysis
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technical/Business
2. More than 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in managing position
3. Strong customer / market insight, good knowledge of OE business management
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. Good communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
6. be able to travel frequently.
7. Computer literacy for Office programs, etc.
8. Other tasks assigned by Superior
