职位描述

? Manage and monitor dealer network performance in the area to ensure Volvo’s short and long-term objectives are met.
? Dealer target setting
? Responsibility for planning and delivering monthly and annual sales targets (retail and wholesale) per carline.
? Responsibility for monitoring and maintaining targeted stock levels.
? Co-design and implement with dealers agreed action to improve dealer profitability and performance.
? Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
? Follow up with dealers the sales experience and showroom traffic performance
? Ensures dealers comply with Sales Operating Standards applicable to:
o Stocking
o Demonstrators
o Marketing Plans
o Training attendance
o Required number of personnel
o Reporting
? Constantly monitors inventory movements and initiates remedial measures as necessary.
? Constantly checks vehicle movements outside the contract area and effectively reports grey market activities.
? Responsible for optimum staffing of defined dealer locations.
? Ensures that demonstration vehicles are properly utilised.
? Ensures co-operation with Ford Finance in leasing and credit related matters, as applicable.
? Ensures full participation in the Approved Volvo Used Car Program, including compliance with issued standards and procedures, as applicable.
? Introduces and ensures use of manufacturer recommendations in terms of salespersons’ contracts and remuneration systems.
? Initiates and checks set-up of, conformance with and efficiency of dealer advertising budgets and measures.
? Ensures that all dealers participate fully in centrally organised activities.
? Participates regularly in regional and district meetings.
? Supports colleagues in the neighbouring aftersales department in the achievement of their tasks.
? Ensures the degree of exclusivity of the dealer organisation, and conducts appropriate meetings for the purpose of the intended exclusivity as necessary.
? Ensuring that the customer experience offered by the dealers in the area in an extension of VCCH’s ambition and strategy.
? Manage the co-op budget, activity and advertising, allocated to the area in the best possible manner to ensure highest possible impact in achieved per dollar spent.
? Manage and monitor the franchise obligations of the dealers in the area and ensure compliance with VCCH reporting requirements are achieved.
? Regularly review and refine business processes to reduce costs, save time and improve quality.
? Organise regional dealer meetings 2x per year
? Coordination with Marketing, Planning and distribution and Network Development department related to relevant programmes for their specific region.
? Key person in the development of the annual dealer business plan

? Experience in the areas of business administration
? Dealer sales experience or other relevant dealer experience
? Knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment
? Personnel management and good communication skills
? Written and spoken Chinese and English
? Driver’s license
? Experience in premium product retail operations - motor vehicle dealer is an asset
? Understanding of basic marketing concepts
? Basic knowledge of electronic data processing
? Capable of working independently
? Good listener
