Key Job Elements:
- Manage processing corrective and preventive actions as outlined in QAW-137
Processing Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Manage KJLC’s Audit Program. This includes planning and performing the audit,
preparing audit reports, audit follow up tasks and maintaining the audit calendar
as outlined in QP-014 Internal Quality Audit Procedure.
- Manage preparing and scheduling Quality Review Board, Management Review and other
QA meetings.
- Manage maintaining document control throughout KJLC’s QMS as outlined in QP-001
Control of Documents Procedure, QP-002 Control of Records Procedure, QAW-105
Protocols for Writing, Revising, Reviewing or Posting a Work Instruction or Job
Description and QAW-133 Protocols for Creating, Revising, Reviewing or Posting a
Form
- Manage vendor qualification surveys and research those vendors as required.
- Manage customer quality surveys and compliance requests as required.
- Train employees on procedures, work instructions and forms as required.
- Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Internal auditor training
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2008 standard
- Experience in quality audits
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
- Good communication skills
- Very organized
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs

Preferred
- Lead auditor training
- Knowledge of vacuum technology
