(1).SHE and quality Responsibilities
Understand and abide by the SHE and the quality policies, requirements and regulations of China, company and XH site. Be responsible for SHE affairs in the jurisdiction and ensure the colleagues’ and his/her own safety and health.
Attend SHE/Quality training actively, to ensure the operation procedure conform to the requirements of ISO 9001/ISO 14000.

(2).Typical Security Responsibilities
Training to employee
Organizing implementation operation controls
Regularly area check and actions follow up.
Propose continuous improvement actions

(3)Project Management of small projects;
Be electrical engineer for medium and large capital projects, accountable/responsible for the following key areas within the discipline:


1.Management of existing site electrical facilities to be operated in a safe, effective manner;
2.Support cost estimation, conceptual studies and execute projects including basic & detail design and documentation;
3.Cost, scope, quality and milestones controlling of all assigned technical projects;
4.Ensure compliance of assigned projects with all applicable laws, SHE-and Q-requirements and other applicable regulations;
5.Develop or review technical part of ITB (invitation to bidders);
6.Technical evaluation of proposals from suppliers and contractors;
7.To develop, update and/or improve internal standards,
8.Document, file and communicate all relevant information; Communicate expertise / solutions broadly within DSM if synergy can be achieved.
9.To contribute to the safe design, operation, optimization and improvement of production plants by providing broad and in-depth engineering expertise, and executing projects.
10.Technical review of all engineering deliverables developed by 3rd parties in deferent project phases;
11.Close support operation team during commissioning & start-up;
12.Participate evaluation of IP proposals, if necessary;
13.keep good relationship with power supply authorities;
14.Any other works which deemed could be done by a professional electrical engineer.
