Descriptions:
This is the Public Relationship job in B2B dynamics. Main responsibilities include:
- Formulate and implement PR strategy for B2B service buyer organizations
- Research and identify qualified prospects for business events, B2B service sourcing brokerage programs and BSNS buyer community
- Conduct market research with regard to industry news and competitors information
- Assist PR Manager to draft proposed scheme, create plan to acquire desired prospects for related events and doing execution
- Invite and line-up buyer VIPs/ thought leaders by project
- Fulfill bidding project acquisition target
- Provide support throughout project lifecycle
- Draft and edit press release and newsletters
- Keep good relationship with clients, collect feedbacks and solve clients’ problems
- Other tasks from manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in Public Relation, English Literature, or Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Working experience on PR or Events management Industry is an advantage
- Familiar with B2B service buyer organization structure and mode
- Good chief communication skill, well language expression capabilities, flexible and resourceful for handling problems
- Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate with clients via email, conference call and in person
- Strong knowledge of workflow in marketing activities
- Good writing skill for press release and relevant document
- Good team-spirit, and could upload hard works
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft office software


岗位职责 :
公关执行负责公司B2B类营销服务的具体运作，保障并完善客户体验， 涉及买家企业客户深度挖掘，客户关系管理，客户沟通以及项目执行与分析。负责区域覆盖中国区和亚太其他地区，并定期与买家企业的高层客户沟通交流。

根据分配的项目，公关执行主要负责采集区域内买家客户以及行业专家资料信息并且辅助项目策划执行以及文案编写。此外，公关执行负责的项目包括，企业领导高层邀请，客户回访，BSNS内容编辑，跟调研以及项目团队紧密配合完成任务。

- 针对B2B服务采购商策划部署公关推广策略
- 负责B2B服务类买家客户采集，招标项目采集以及BSNS用户维护
- 协助公关经理起草策划活动文案，制定嘉宾邀请接待计划并且行动落实
- 配合项目情况，邀请客户企业领导高层，组织接待参会嘉宾以及演讲嘉宾
- 完成竞标项目指标
- 提供全程项目实施支持
- 撰写发布新闻稿
- 客户关系维护，收集整理反馈信息，解决客户问题
- 上级指派的其他任务

任职资格:
- 本科及以上学历，公共关系，英语文学，工商管理，经济类等相关专业
- 有公关或活动管理相关经验优先录用
- 擅长话题策划营销和传播以及新闻稿等相关文案编辑
- 熟悉B2B服务类产品执行操作工作流程，以及服务买家类型
- 擅长与企业决策层沟通，语言组织能力出色，灵活应对并处理突发问题
- 英语沟通娴熟，与客户通过邮件、电话、拜访等形式保持沟通
- 熟练掌握各类调研技巧，熟悉市场营销活动流程
- 有调研，策划，咨询相关工作经验者优先
- 有海外工作或留学经验者优先
- 喜欢团队沟通、执行力强、服务意识好、工作努力
- 熟练操作电脑完成日常办公
