职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order follow-up, ensure the effective implementation of orders, accurate and prompt shipping, including shipping document preparation and checking.
2. Maintain product profile and supplier database.
3. Sample preparation, shipment and tracking.
4. Finish various duties assigned by line manager(including some basic inquiries, coordinating with local suppliers and the colleagues overseas, etc).
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree;
Excellent English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software(Word/Excel etc);
Strong interpersonal communication skills, self - motivated, initiative, work conscientiously and responsibly.
