Major responsibilities / 主要职责:

1. Oversee all accounting activities such as maintain and monitor proper accounting records，control of Assets and Inventory and etc；

2. Ensure accounting and reporting are accurately, timely prepared and consolidated, submitted according to both local and Group requirements;

3. Cash management including monitoring cash balance, processing payments, cash flow forecast and interaction with group treasury on ad-hoc requests;

4. Manage and review the filing of statutory tax returns;

5. Provide project controls mentoring to Project Managers and projects teams to ensure appropriate project controls practice;

6. Provide solution for accurate cost reporting / forecasting, progress and productivity measurement, change control / management, risk management etc.

7. Develop and maintain a project cost and schedule database for ongoing and completed projects;

8. Design and implement internal controls and country specific accounting policies/procedures;

9. Annual budget and rolling forecast preparation and company information collection;

10. Organize the accounting department and comply with finance policies and procedures set by the Group;

11. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior;

Requirement profile / 岗位要求:

1. Formal education

教育程度：

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA holder will be preferred. 财务或会计专业学士学位，持有ACCA或CPA等专业证书者尤佳。

2. Professional experience/ 岗位经验：

2.1 in years

工作年限：

At least 8 years of related job experiences in multinational companies ;

至少8年跨国公司相关工作经验；

2.2 in special fields

专业领域：

Be familiar with china accounting standard and taxation laws, having the knowledge of IFRS will be preferred.

熟悉中国会计准则和税法，熟悉 IFRS者尤佳。

Experience in using a FI/CO module of ERP system ,experience in SAP will be preferred.

ERP系统FI/CO模块使用经验，熟悉SAP系统者尤佳。

3. Special skills

专业技能：

Proficient in computer and Microsoft office software;

Clear logical thinking, ability of problem analysis & resolving, with strong analytic skills; strong business acumen; Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication;

Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
