Job Description:

Maintains site-wide industrial HSE programs and policies.
Supervises and trains subordinates assigned to his/her area or project.
Assures timely investigations, inspections, and reporting of HSE matters within the area assigned or project.
Supports workers’ compensation interface.
Provides regulatory interface.
Participates in monitoring and controlling HSE standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Creates and administers orientation program for project employees.
Maintains records, reports, and documents to meet company or regulatory requirements.
Conducts investigations of project incidents that may result in litigation; obtains and protects collected data.
Under supervision, maintains liaison with owners’ representatives, insurance carriers, the community, and the corporate HSE group.
Creates, evaluates, and administers company policies and procedures concerning HSE matters.
Performs other HSE duties as assigned.


Basic Requirements:

Four (4) year college degree plus three (3) years of HSE experience or typically has six (5) years of HSE or project related experience
Good English skills and the ability to interface with multinational clients
