职责:

1. 负责协助店长完成所有电商网站的 运营；掌管订单情况，监督第三方服务到位

2. 处理日常运营中可能发生的突发状况和特殊订单

3. 能够协助店长对运营流程的优化以达到指标

4. 执行基础电商环境分析以形成提高店铺表现的计划

5. 负责对在线消费行为的了解以确保客户满意的线上体验

6. 管理并维护电子内容

要求:

1. 愿意以高标准服务精神提供服务

2. 熟悉电子商务平台

3. 良好的沟通能力和分析能力

4. 最好有较强英文能力，但不必须

5. 精通MS办公室软件的应用，尤其是Excel.

6. 本科及以上学历，若有相关经验，专科学历也可考虑
