工作职责：

Job Responsiblilities:

1、 定期拜访中国重要烘焙/休闲食品客户，帮助他们解决技术问题；
Regularly visits bakery/Snack strategic/partner customers and helps them to solve the technical problems;

2、 协助实验室建立休闲食品试验设备。
Support lab to build up lab scale snack application experiment.

3、 协助工厂研发和生产烘焙用的新型产品；

Supoort factory to innovate & produce new products in baking/snack application.
4、 搜集烘焙/休闲食品领域的市场信息，建立市场分析工具。

Select Baking/Snack market information, set market survey and tools of Baking/Snack application
5、 协助客户完成实验室和生产线测试；

Accompanies customers to complete the related experiments in the laboratory or plant;
6、 解决客户关于产品质量的投诉。

Resolves complains from customers on products quality;
7、 了解和收集烘焙/休闲食品客户产品和生产的相关资料，提交给相关部门。

Collects and understands related information of customers' products and productions and submits it to related departments;

8、 关注和了解烘焙食品类法律法规的最新情况，及时传递给公司相关人员或客户；

Attends and knows the newest situation of bakery food laws and regulations and submits it promptly to related internal staff and customers;

9、通过参加和组织各类宣传活动，协助公司食品类产品进入到相关标准。
Assists food products to enter the related regulation standards through participating in and organizing each kind of propaganda activities.

工作要求：

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历；

2. Major in Food Science will be preferred;

食品科学专业；

3. More than 5 years' working experience in field of food science, Baking/Snack application is priority;

5年以上烘焙/休闲食品领域技术支持相关工作经验；
