职位描述

SUMMARY
This is a sales position based in Shanghai, China. The main responsibility of this position is to manage all aspects of run rate programs (existing customers) with partial responsibility for following up on new leads to help migrate sales opportunities into run rate customers. Travel is expected to be around 25% of time or less.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary to meet the needs of the organization from time to time, as needed.
1. Manage all aspects of run rate programs with existing customers
2. Manage the program development cycle.
3. Create and maintain detailed Program Action Plans for all program activities.
4. Take lead the new project introduction for a smooth transaction to volume production
5. Work closely with all functional activities – engineering, procurement, quality and operations.
6. Review end-of-life trackers and manage transition to the recommended replacement.
7. Monitor profitability, purchase plans and perform competitive analysis.
8. Monitor sales revenue and push to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
9. Engage with the Business Development & Executive team to identify, qualify and pursue new customer opportunities within existing accounts or with new target OEMs.
10. Activities required to move sales funnel opportunities to run rate business. Including customer visits, coordinating engineering reviews, developing proposals, and scheduling customer audits.
11. Travel to customer sites for Quarterly Business Reviews.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. At least 5 years program management experience. Experience in electronic manufacturing industry is preferred.
2. Experience of managing new project introduction with coordinating cross function team.
3. Experience with computers, preferably in a Windows-based operating environment
4. Knowledge of cost estimating and fiscal management principles and procedures.
5. Knowledge of the complex sales process.
6. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
7. Program planning and implementation skills.
8. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross functional structure.
10. Good English in both oral and written.
