1、全面统筹工程部的日常运作及管理，如员工考勤、考核及培训，部门团队建设工作等；
2、负责制订及修改设备操作规范、维修保养制度，并监督实施；
3、负责统筹安排日常检修工作及完善相关工作流程；
4、教育督促机修工熟悉使用、保管机械设备和维修工具、定期保养设备；
5、负责制定部门规章制定和相关证件审核工作；
6、负责解决设备技术难题、组织设备维修、车间各项技改工作，保证全厂水电气安全可靠运作。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，电气工程、机械维修等相关专业；
2、6年以上电气机修相关工作经验，精通电气机械设备维护；
3、大中型制造业同等岗位经验3年及以上者，优先考虑；
4、高压电气设备维护证书、plc编程证书。
