岗位职责

1、 能够完成频道栏目包装的创意、制作要求；

2、 能够完成宣传片、片头及片中动画的创意、制作要求；

3、 对作品的音乐选择提出建议和意见；

4、 创意制作的作品在主题创意、板式设计、动画造型、质感、运动、色彩等方面有较好的效果



任职资格

1、 视觉艺术设计或美术相关设计专业毕业，大专及以上学历；

2、 两年以上平面、动画设计经验，有多媒体行业从业经验为优；

3、 熟练运用动画设计软件Maya、3Dmax、Softmage等软件之一

4、 熟练运用平面设计软件，Photoshop、Illustrator等以及后期合成软件AfterEffect、Premiere、Combustion、Defusion、Shake等软件；

5、 "熟悉各种视频、音频文件格式及其转换办法，如：各种AVI格式、Mpeg-1、Mpeg-2、dat、wav、mp3等；

了解电视的基本原理，如：帧、场、Pal制式、NTSC制式

6、 了解视频、音频资料输入、输出的格式、方式及过程；

7 具备创意制作过程的沟通领悟能力。
