工作职责描述：

The UX Designer is a position within R&D with the following responsibilities:

· Apply state of the art interaction design and human factors principles to create GUI designs for enterprise software development.

· Work according to user interface design standards and requirements for the user interfaces across the portfolio

· Ensure the consistency of interface design standards use throughout the product suite

· Work with R&D to ensure the best designs for new features, products and solutions

· Work to acquire user and task data to ensure design supports real users and their work.

· Ensure compliance with section 508 and other accessibility standards

· Understand and implement acceptable international design standards

· Work with other usability experts to rapidly develop prototypes to demonstrate new product design concepts

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve user design

we want to hire an UX designer who will focus on the user centered design methodology and human factors principals instead of graphic design.

所需能力：

Attributes and skills

· Define UI’s from high level conceptual to detailed design specifications (wireframes) based on the user centered design methodology and human factors principals.

· Produce detailed UI specifications, and UI Guidelines to guide development efforts.

· Strong understanding of user-centered design techniques and processes (e.g., user research, usability testing, and task analysis methodologies)

· Three or more years of experience in UX design in a high tech company.(Experience with Mobile devices is a good plus)

· Experience with Visio & Office tools.

· Very strong Orientation to details.

· Must be a solid team player with good writing, presentation skills & very good English (verbal and written ability).

· Be able to work independently and coordinate between development, visual design and management in order to meet project timelines.

· High analytical skills and fast learner.

· Visionary and creative thinker.

Experience and education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant domains (human factors , Human Computer Interaction , cognitive psychology , industrial psychology, Industrial design or other relevant degrees… )
