职位概述

UFHH’s medical director in Shanghai will be responsible for overseeing United Family’s home health care program in Shanghai under the direction of UFHH HQ. He/she will become the primary care physician for home health patients in Shanghai, coordinate clinical care to ensure continuity between hospital and home, develop healthcare plans for home health patients, assist with home health talks and other marketing events, and guide nursing and other clinical staff in the performance of their clinical home health duties. The UFHH medical director will also perform medical exams on patients entering the UFHH program, ordering and interpreting lab tests and other diagnostics, prescribing medication as needed, and develop home health plans for UFHH patients.

岗位职责

1. Develop protocols, clinical pathways, workflows and guidelines for home health in Shanghai in conjunction with UFHH CMO

2. Oversee all clinical aspects of Shanghai United Family’s home health business

3. Coordinate cross-department care with other clinical departments and facilities (e.g.,rehab hospital, internal medicine, pediatrics) in Shanghai

4. Perform exams of United Family Home Health patients at SHU and occasionally in their homes

5. Collect information and organize medical documents, including UFHH-SHU admission forms

6. Order lab tests and other diagnostics and interpret their results

7. Develop home healthcare plans for UFHH-SHU patients to be implemented by UFHH nurses, including drug and rehab protocols as needed

8. Oversee all clinical aspects of home health including regular communication with the UFHH Nursing staff so that any changes in treatment plan, medical certificates, insurance forms, etc. can be addressed early

9. Participate in community events coordinated by Shanghai United Family Hospital or United Family Home Health

10. Participate in public health education events as organized by UFHH and SHU

11. Refer patients to specialists as necessary

12. Other responsibilities assigned by UFHH CMO and/or UFHH General Manager

任职条件

1. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine

2. Completion of residency training in family medicine, internal medicine, critical care medicine, surgery or emergency medicine or achievement of attending level status in a 3A hospital in China or a western training/board certification equivalent

3. At least 3 years of post-training practical experience at a 3A hospital or equivalent
