1、招聘录用：依据公司年度发展规划，制定公司本年度人员规模和人力资源需求计划；制定年度招聘实施计划并组织实施招聘，为满足公司经营和管理需要提供合格人才。
2、培训：依据公司年度发展规划，制定公司年度培训计划并组织、监督实施，提高全体员工的素质，满足各岗位对人员素质的需求。
3、绩效考核：依据公司年度发展规划，实施对公司员工进行考核、评价，体现效率、公平原则，建立公司的考核体系及激励机制，提高员工的业务或管理水平，最终达到考核目的。
4、负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作，提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案，对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案
5、薪酬管理：依据公司年度发展规划，并依据对内公平、对外有竞争力的原则，协助公司领导建立健全公司各层职工的薪酬管理办法，激励员工的积极性。
6、福利及社会保险管理：根据公司年度发展规划，制定和完善各项福利政策，对员工的福利及社会保险进行管理。
