岗位职责：
1.熟悉液化气市场，深入了解亚洲，乃至国际LPG行业现状，做出市场分析与研究，包括但不限于产品信息、成交状况、市场波动等；
2. 收集LPG行业客户买卖需求，洽谈与匹配交易细节，有效促成并帮助客户实现交易；
3. 与客户建立并保持密切的沟通渠道，维护重点客户，同时拓展新市场，开发新客户；
4.参与建立撮合业务流程框架，协助制定团队工作规范。

资格条件：
1. 28-35岁之间，本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上LPG行业broker或贸易工作经验，熟悉液化气能源市场，了解LPG行业现状，有一定客户资源；
3. 快速的适应能力，对broker职业抱有很大的工作热情；
4. 优秀的英语口语表达能力，能以英语作为工作语言；
5. 正直诚信、主动积极、具有优秀的人际沟通影响力、学习能力；
6. 具有一定的承压能力，能够适应快节奏的交易氛围；高绩效导向。

Responsibilities:
? A veteran of global LPG market; be good at analyzing market stats-quo and foreseeing market trend due to past experience and insights;
? bids & offers collecting; mainly functioned to nail transaction between buyers and sellers;
? CRM-oriented; be responsible for maintaining communication channels with VIP clients and exploring new opportunities if necessary;
? a co-worker to streamline the brokerage process and standardize the teamwork flow;
Qualifications:
? a BA degree holder or above, aged at 28-35
? more than three years of work experience of brokerage or trade in LPG industry with substantial knowledge for energy market;
? existing client base is required;
? a quick learner that holds great passion for brokerage as a career
? excellent oral ability in English; great user of English as work language.
